Shipping Policy
We ship everywhere in the United States via USPS. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), and you'll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives 3–5 business days after shipping; Priority Mail in 1–3. Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not guarantees. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If your tracking stalls for more than 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact dramanecheck2023@gmail.com or 9073066442 within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact dramanecheck2023@gmail.com or 9073066442 with your order number (it's in your confirmation email). Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — those are always on us. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.
Privacy Policy
Noura Idriss Shop collects only what's needed to serve your order: your name, email, phone (optional), and shipping address. We use this to fulfill orders, send order updates, and provide customer service. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Your name and address are shared with our shipping providers (Shippo/USPS) solely to deliver your order. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the payment and shipping providers above. If you opt in to text updates, reply STOP at any time to opt out. Terms of Service
All prices are in US dollars, and payment is collected at checkout by Stripe. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email; if we ever can't fulfill an order (for example, an item oversold), we'll cancel and fully refund it right away. We work hard to keep prices, stock, and photos accurate; honest mistakes may be corrected. Colors can vary slightly with screen settings. Shipping and returns are governed by the policies above. By submitting a product review you allow us to display it in the shop with the name you provided.
